Chapter meetings are open to all individuals interested in learning more about Engineers Without Borders and current activities with which the Alamo Professional Chapter is engaged.
Engineers Without Borders (EWB) is an organization that supports community-driven development programs worldwide by collaborating with local partners to design and implement sustainable engineering projects.
The chapter requires a diverse skill set in order to plan, organize, fund and implement these projects around the world. Professionals throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas are invited to utilize their skills and experience by joining the EWB-Alamo Professional Chapter. Specific skills that we are looking for include, but are not limited to, engineering, project management, public health, safety, water analysis, foreign language, advertising, web design, fundraising, business and accounting.
